Company culture is an important part of the workplace. A great company culture doesn’t just ‘happen’, however. It’s something that needs mindful work in itself. Great company culture is a product of design, and of collective effort. Company culture is the invisible intangible stuff that makes or breaks all businesses in the long run. It doesn’t even have to be that the culture is particularly bad.
